Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark, of approved brands including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking /Lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size not less than 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe, 40mm diameter as per specifications.

c) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size not less than 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e)Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe . g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately). In rocky strata.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode as required( 65 Kgs of Charcoal and 5 Kgs of Salt).

SITC of 3.0KVA, 24V Inverter system with single phase input voltage of 140-280V and output voltage of 230V,+/-2% variation, at 50Hz, constant voltage, current controlled battery charging type, having protections for output overload and short circuit, suitable indications, alarms for tripping, LED/LCD display panel etc. The system shall comprise of 2nos of 150Ah, 12V sealed maintenance free batteries for providing backup of minimum 1hour, mounted on robust battery trolley. The Inverter shall be of make –Microtek or equvalent make in Luminous/Sukam only with similar specifications, having two year of repair/ replacement warranty and the batteries shall be of make 'Exide' having two years replacement warranty, complete as required and directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Supply of indoor PCC Panel made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet duly powder coated or painted suitable for operation on 3 phase and 1ph, 50Hz system. The panel should be compartmentalized with one bus bar compartment, to allow cable entry from top, dust & vermin proof complete with interconnections of proper size of wires, bus bar wiring etc. The panels will have mccb and mcb of reputed make. The panel should be wall mounted on 1mtrs.high angle iron frame of size 50x50x5mm with following accessories.
