Providing and fixing 50 mm thick acoustic door shutter with solid particle board / MDF core infilled with mineral wool insulation of density 48 kg/m³, finished with 1 mm thick laminate on both faces with 6 mm hardwood lipping on all edges,including 150x100 mm seasoned hardwood door frame with rebate,EPDM acoustic rubber gasket,automatic drop seal at bottom, SS butt hinges, mortice lock, door closer and all necessary fittings and fixtures, complete as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing acoustic wall lining on existing masonky /PCC block wall consisting of Gl metal stud framework made of 0.50 mm thick galvanized steel sections,comprising floor channel, ceiling channel and vertical studs of size 50 x 50 mm placed at 600 mm c/c, fixed with suitable fasteners, anchors and screws. The stud cavity shall be filled with 50 mm thick rock wool / mineral wool insulation having density not less than 48 kg/m³. The framework shall be sheathed with two layers of 12.5 mm thick gypsum board conforming to IS 2095, fixed with self-tapping drywall screws at required spacing and 12.5mm thick Perforated acoustic Gypsum wall panels. All joints shall be finished with jointing compound, paper tape and finishing compound, including application of acoustic sealant at perimeters, complete with necessary screws, fasteners, accessories and finishing, all complete as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-in -Charge.
