Cement Concrete 1 :8:16 Flooring Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40 mm size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.100.2)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) (HSR 11.11.1)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works (HSR 11.68.3)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 11.78)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (HSR 13.29.2)

Providing and fixing G.I. interlocking fencing of size 3”x 3” made of 10 gauge wire fixed in angle iron frame by means of M.S. flat & bolts/ nuts (Items of M.S. flat, angle iron frame and bolts/ nuts shall be paid separately under HSR) including drilling holes in M.S. flats etc., complete in all respects as per architectural drawing and design. Providing and fixing G.I. barbed wire fencing (made of wires of TATA make), weighing 13.60 kg to 15.50 kg per 100 metres (Horizontal/ diagonal) and fixed with G.I. wire of 12 gauge or by providing cut including drilling holes in the posts, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (including the cost of G.I. wire used for binding which shall not be measured for payment but excluding the cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete which are payable separately) (NS)

Providing and fixing in position 2.0 H.P. capacity 4 paddles Aerator System complete in all respect as per specificatins of the manufactures and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (NS) Model:-R4PWA120R3P Make:- ARDIS (Ardis Enviro Solutions). Note:- Contractor has to deposit the original bill of purchase of motor/Aerator System with the department to claim the warranty against any manufacturing defect on all spares and motor.
