M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm and complete all as specified and directed. (upto 12 storied bldg)

Material and labour for introducing new reinforcement bars upto 12 mm dia and over for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc complete all as specified and directed.(upto 12 storied bldg)

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. M&L for providing and applying at two component structural grade polymer modified reinforcement mortar Fosroc Renderoc S2 or equivalent product of SIKA upto a thickness of 30 mm over a coat of epoxy resin bonding agent Nitobond EP. The cured mortar shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 12N/mm2 in a day & 45 N/mm2 in 28 days with Flexural strength 8N/mm2 in 28 days Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. in addition to this percentage of water absorption should be 0.45 after 24 hours in immersion test at various locations in Bldgs complete all as per manufacture's specification.(upto 12 storied bldg)

M & L for providing and inserting mild steel shear key bars/levelling gauges of required length and diameter in reinforced/plain concrete for drilling suitable holes in RCC Slab/ wall/ column/ beams toa depth as directed for anchoring steel reinforcement bars including washing with water inserting lokfix 'E' of Fosroc or equivalent in the holes at various location in Bldgs complete all as per manufactures specification.

Supply and Application Cementitious Grouting Admixture with the Cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag of cement and injecting with high pressure by a Pressure grouting Pump through non return PVC nozzles Prefix with rapid setting cementitious Plugging Mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusal or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered.
