Supply and installing of the electric water storage heater of ABS body type of 25 ltr capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated mild steel tank with glass line coating inside the tank alongwith glass lined incoloy heating element with anti corrosive magnesium anode, NRV, thermostat, indicators and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15 mm dia bore with GI hexagonal adopters/Nuts on the both sides for inlet (cold water supply) & outlet (hot water supply) and including provision of wall mounting arrangement and mounding wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour in repair for sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) solid copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn into and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade 20mm dia ISI marked complete with fittings and fixings accessories complete and including cutting chases pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for GI tubing (ISI Marked) for medium grade 15mm bore fixed on floor/wall complete including all the necessary fittings to hold the pipe along the wall like hook, bolts etc. incl drilling/cutting hole of suitable size on wall for passing through the GI tubing and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valve/ angle valve (ISI marked), 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed in pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy ISI marked with crutch or butter fly handle high pressure screwed down screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting including screwing existing steel tubing for alternation or addition incl Tee/Nipple upto 25-32mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L switch socket combination 6A/16A, 5 in 1, flush type including flushing into wall CI/GI pressed steel sunken boxes and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Kitchen Sink Mixer with Swivel Casted Spout wall mounted heavy duty polished bright cast copper alloy chromium plated of dia 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing 50mm bore light grade ISI marked with requisite fittings laid in trenches or crossing roads/ paths/ culverts/ along poles walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with extruded insulation aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009). Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specified and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 matching with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed.

Material, labour , testing & commissioning of cable end termination in door/out door, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE/ PVC cables of size 10 Sqmm to 25 sqmm 3½ or 4 core with working voltage 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F iron clad, with double door 4 way IP-54, 1K-09 protection, cement spill protector suitable for MCCB as incomer AC 415 Volts four pole with thermal release adjustable type (80% to 100%) and MCCB as outgoing complete with appropriate size copper bus bar and neutral link complete with one MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts 100 Amps rating with rupturing cap 16 KA of the same make as of distribution board & including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site or directed. (Outgoing MCB will be measured separately)

S&F of amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 40 to 63 Amp current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300 mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65 x 50 mm two to three terminals along with back plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit (medium grade) of suitable dia along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes , readily available concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Switch piano flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting hole in brick/stone masonary wall and provision of PCC 1:3:6 for making proper suitable size of hole to matching with size of exhaust fan for proper ventilation including MS bolts 04 Nos for fixing exhaust fan all as specifiedd and directed. Note : (i) Rates are deems to be included to making the cutting hole smoothly and colour wash as per existing colour. (ii) Rates are deems to be including charges of hiring T & P, i.e. ladder square folding and insurance of labour deployed, being holes are made to be at multistorey bldgs of different height .

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
