Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth with bricks Cement mortar 1 : 6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with clay fly ash F.P.S. brick ( IS: 13757-1993) of class designation 100 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Dark shade using ordinary cement

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20 mm tick.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m)fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes.
