Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Fly ash brick designation 100 Kg / Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, using bricks of size 230 mm x 110 mm x 70 mm confirming to IS 12894, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work in half brick thick wall with Fly ash brick designation 100 Kg / Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, using bricks of size 230 mm x 110 mm x 70 mm confirming to IS 12894, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including half round moulding of exposed edge, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 mm thick with gray cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Screed bed will not be measured and paid separately)

M&L for full body coloured vitrified parking tiles, exterior grade, for outdoor application of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 15 to 16 mm thick set in neat cement slurry, laid with 3 mm wide spacer, grouting the joint with joint filler as per recommendation of manufacturer and laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Temporarily blocking and cleaning of inlet of septic tanks/manhole with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and pumping/bailing out effluent and taking out/removing the accumulated sludge soil sewage/any other foreign/foul materials etc (solid/semisolid) from the septic tanks/manholes. complete and cleaning the septic tank/manholes with water by mechanically including taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Depth of manhole/SOAK WELL/SEPTIC TANK exc 0.5 to 1.5M from below GL (ii) Size of tank upto water level shall be measured

M&L for 150 mm bore SGSW drain pipe (Grade-A) laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore dia including packing uner , and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested ;in complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed blasters walkways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165,

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 10 mm dia of sank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.
