M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry and Clean the rebars using the rust remover Rebaklens RR if there exists any rust, otherwise clean the rebar free of foreign material. Mix the base and hardener of the anti-corrosive coating like Nitozinc Primer of Fosroc or equivalent and applying the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar in two coatsand allow it to dry complete and Providing and applying Nitobond EP bonding agent which shall be a solvent free epoxy based two component resin system. The bonding agent shall be applied by brush & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 2-3 hrs at 30 deg C. The product shall achieve 50 N/mm² compressive strength, 20 N/mm² tensile strength, 35 N/mm² flexural strength and 10 N/mm² shear strength as per BS 6319 standards and provide Guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 25 mm, thickness of Gunite n.exc 30 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 cement mixed with polycrete admixture or equivalent @ 2 % by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper Geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs,chajjas,fins,facias, parapets, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding ,shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members upto 4th floor of buildings etc all as specified(Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded meshis to be welded with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, Parapet walls, Facia beams, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying two coats of Nito Zinc Primer to surfaces of exposed reinforcement etc all as per technical specifications and as required complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iv) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns,slabs , stair flight etc complete necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 4th storey buildings adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation, etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. M&L for RCC Design mix M30 using (20mm graded aggregate) as in Fins, fascias, louvres,parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels,balustrade, and the like. etc complete all as specified and as directed.
