Overhauling of Overhead Cranes of UGC Power Houses

Dismantaling of Gearbox including draining lubrication oil after decoupling of 01 No. coupling and shifting it on maintenance floor from approximate 50 feet height. Complete overhauling with replacement of packing, damaged nut & bolts alongwith oiling greasing etc. including cost of packing, Grease, Oil & Nut, Bolts.

Dismantaling of drive shaft clutch assembly. Complete repairing of mechanical movement system, Bridge idler wheels, Replacement of Brake Shoe, Replacement of all boom pulley bush bearings, Servicing of Hook Assembley, Overhauling of sling drum, Greasing, Oiling of bearings, Servicing of couplings and other related works including cost of bearings and brake shoe.

After making proper arrangements cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign materials shall be done. Painting of Crane trolley, Gear box, booms and other equipments shall be done with 02 Coat enamel paint after applying 01 coat of red oxide primer.

Replacement of defective nuts and bolts used in cover of gear box and other parts of crane.

Greasing of steel wire rope, drum bearings etc. and applying cadmium compound at steel wire rope as per requirement.

Replacement of Gear oil used in gear box.

After overhauling Re-Fitting of Gear Box to the crane at 50 feet height approximate with making proper arrangement.

Supply and fixing of clutch bowel gear set in place of defective ones as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing of pulley drive wheels set in place of defective ones as per site requirement.

Making plateform of size 6ft. X 3 ft.
