Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter blue-gum props or casurina props or best quality bamboo props of 4m overall length (3m height + 0.50m into the ground + 0.50m projection) the distance between the two rows being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal props with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc complete from using coir and nails etc complete.

Rate upto 10.50m height

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:6 using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

In first floor

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-2o Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

For First floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Paving the floor with best quality GVT Vertified Tiles of size 1200 x 600 x 10mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick mixed with Bonding agent Cebex112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other Equalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of One cement bag (50kg) for increased workability and air entrainment used finishing in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Wall Putty including labour charges etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Polishing Melamine Polish works such as Wooden doors, windows, ventilators etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of Polish in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying wrought fixing Ornamental Teakwood entrance door as per the drawing and designs approved by the departmental officers. The size of the opening is 2.10X 2.40. The outer frame of the door is 150mmx125mm teakwood. The main door shutter opening size is 1.80 X 2.03m. The main door should be double leaves and each door shutter fully panelled. The door panells shall be of 50mm thick teakwood planks with ornamental designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The Lock rail and bottom shall be of 200 x 50mm tk teakwood, top rail 230x50mm tk teakwood. The door frames and shutters shall be given of cost of best approved quality melamine finish. The rate inclusive of cost of approved quality teakwood, 10mm thick designed toughedned glass Special type Heavy Brass Aldrop 300mm X 20mm. Special type heavy Brass tower bolt 300mm Length. Special type heavy Brass tower bolt 250mm Length. The cost includes cost of material, labour charges, conveyance charges, fixing charges, designing charges and glass design charges, electricity charges and all other incidental charges., etc. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Providing suspended Hilux Board False Ceiling of the following types with G.I. perimeter channel of size 0.55mm tk (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling , screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending G.I. Intermediate channel of size 45mm (0.90mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1200mm centres with ceiling angle of 25mmx 10mmx0.50mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I Cleat and steel expansion fastners ceiling section of 0.50mm thickness having knurled web of 51.50mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of10.50mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centres. 12.50mm tapered edge Gyp board (confirming to is 2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with25mm dry wall screws at 230mm centres. Screw fixing should bedone mechanically either with screw driver or with drilling machine with suitable attachment got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works in etc., complete complying with standard specification.
