Renewal with Special Repair of Pipara Boring Baghauli rd to Kusumhamafi Road

WBM G-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per T.S.C. 405 including labour cess. (GST shall be paid extra)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,including labour cess. (GST shall be paid extra)

Construction of Deep Drain- Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom , backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road road with approved material. As per SI No-251 including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

P.C.C.- Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.as per SI No-280 including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

RCC Work- Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete 1:1.5:3 in super-structure as per SI No-284A including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

HYSD Bar- Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. As per SI No-504 including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

Patri Work- Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5m. lift & 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Excluding Royalty) including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).
