Supply & Installation of indoor wooden sports flooring with total thickness of 75 mm comprising of 20mm Top Solid Wood followed by 45mm pine wood runner and 10mm Power Rubber Pad. The product should have BADMINTON WORLD FEDERATION (BWF) approval with its usage as the indoor wooden sports floor. (Make reference : Ebaco Airflex-W or Equivalent) Product top finish to have square Edge & UV Prefinished with Back Side Coating . The product should have been produced through Kilned and dried technology to maintain suitable moisture content. The technical parameters for the product should have Gloss value (DIN EN ISO 2813) in the range of 33-34%, inflammability (DIN 4102) with value B1, Cross Cut (Test DIN EN ISO 2409) with value GT 0, Abrasion Resistance (DIN EN 438-2 (500g load per wheel S 33)) with value of IP – 600cycle, Abrasion Resistance (ASTM D 4060 (500g load per wheel CS 17)) with value IP > 25000, Scratch Resistance Pencil Hardness (ISO 15184) with value 3H, Scratch Resistance Coin Test (Hamberger planner) as 27N, Scratch Resistance Surface (Steel wool test Type 2) with output of No Scratch / No Marking, Resistance to Indentation (DIN EN 438 Part2 – 14) >= 2 Newton, Impact Resistance (DIN EN 438 Part2 – 12) >= 2 Newton, Heat Resistance (EN 12722) with value of 120 ° C / Rating 5, Reaction to Fire (EN 13226) with value as Efl, CE Certification to be present. The product should qualify with the sports properties of Friction as per EN 13036-4, shock absorption as per EN 14808, vertical deformation as per EN 14809 & vertical rebound as per EN 12235. 5 years of service warranty.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:
