Supply of MS Rod 40mm for earth spike.

Erection of 245 KV AB Switch without Earth with support structure, MOM box, Clamps using crane including interpole cable laying, wiring & checking of operation by both manual and electrical providing assistance for testing wherever required & as directed by the field Engineer.

Dismantling of 245 KV AB Switch without Earth with support structure, MOM box, Clamps using crane including interpole cable , wiring & as directed by the field Engineer.

Erection of 230 KV strung bus using Quadraple moose conductor, fixing Bolted type Tension fitting with Corona ring, (adjustable plate & spring on one side & fixed on another side), Bolted type suspension fitting for 230KV Quadruple moose, yoke plate (Top - adjustable, Bottom - fixed), double anchring with fittings & accessories with 2 X 15 antifog disc insulators & spacer clamps including supply of Bolted type Tension fitting with Corona ring, (adjustable plate & spring on one side & fixed on another side),yoke plate ,quad moose spacer clamps, as per requirement ,and etc ., complete as directed by the field engineer at site.

Labour for providing dropper and jumpers .

Erection of single pole stage up right ,under hang or suspension 230KV.

Dismantling of 230KV Under hang insulators.

Erection of Bus bar including fabrication and any modification of end clamp wherewere necessary and as directed by the field Enhgineer.Using 75mm IPS Aluminium tube.

Dismantling of Bus bar as directed by the field Engineer.Using 75mm IPS Aluminium tube(on normal Conditipon).

Labour for excavation & refilling of trunch of avg. width of 0.3m & avg depth of 0.8m for earth mat and avg.depth of 0.4m for laying of cable below fixed yard level & any of size as required.

Labour for laying of cable in duct/trunch including the cost of Alu.tag for identification.Upto 8Core

Labour for laying of cable in duct/trunch including the cost of Alu.tag for identification. Above 8core

Labour charges for painting earth raisers by green enamel painting and wherever required including cost of paint(Dulex, Asian Berger perferrd) and other consumables as directed by the field Engineer.

Supply and provision of M8,M9, M10,M12, &M 16 full thread GI bolt, nuts & GI washer of various size for erection of insulator or any other purpose wherever required and as directed by the field Engineer.

Supply and glanding of ISI mark cable glands of suitable size of reputed make including removing insulation of cable and providing suitable holes as directed by the field Engineer.25mm

Supply and glanding of ISI mark cable glands of suitable size of reputed make including removing insulation of cable and providing suitable holes as directed by the field Engineer. 28mm

Supply and termination of cable core end including cost of cable socket ,lug, ferrules,strap etc,as per cable schedule and as directed by the field Engineer .
