BUILDINGS & STRUCTURES

M&L for water proofing treatment for RCC walls of sump/ tanks parcial flume tank. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 MM thick in CM 1:3 on top of RCC walls of Sumps & tanks, finished to level with even & fair finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of wall cracks in Adm blocks A & B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Supply, Installing, Testing and commissioning (SITC) Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) Sewage treatment Technological process based Primary, secondary and Tertiary Units/ Equipments, Interconnecting, Piping Valves, Instrumentation, Automation for 2500 cum/day Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant and including setting up of in-Plant Laboratory for Physical, chemical and Bacteriological analysis inclusive of all Instruments/ Equipments, glassware, Testing chemicals and Culture, Testing Tables and Furniture, Manuals and registers (Log Books) etc complete, all as specified in tables, Drawings and Technical specifications and as directed for following parameters. Make provided at site- Fontus NOTES:- (a) Supply & Installation completed. Only Testing & Commissioning of the equipment to be carried out under this item. The equipment was installed in the year 2016 and requires overhauling and repairs to make the equipment functional as per specifications. (b) Bidder should visit the site of work before quoting his Bid, accepts the equipment "as is where is" and shall ascertain the exact quantities of repair, balance items requirement, replacement of spare parts, etc and quote his unit rate accordingly. (c) The cost of rectification of defects in the completed items of works, if any, shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (d) No Claim whatsoever due to improper understanding of the scope of work, quality, quantity of left over items/materials shall be admissible.

MANNING & OPERATION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Manning and operation of 2500 M3 capacity sewage treatment plant working on MBBR technology by employing qualified and experienced staff inclusive of Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation engineers, supervisors, chemists, operators, helpers, fitters etc complete with provision of chemicals, All minor and major spares, consumable such as oil, grease etc including daily inspection and routine civil/ mechanical/ electrical maintenance of HT switch gears, transformers earth testing calibration of instruments, sensors cabling, panel boards and preventive/ breakdown maintenance required for uninterrupted operation of STP round the clock in three shifts including Sundays and holidays installed under item No. 1 of Schedule ‘A’ Part IX for a period of 11 months (for three shifts of eight hours duration). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes: (a) Rates under col 4 are for both materials and labour complete unless mentioned otherwise (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of followings : (i) Lab chemicals, lab wear (ii) Chemical testing / analysis, routine testing, recording and getting necessary certification from approved lab of MPCB (iii) Sludge / Grit disposal (iv) Safety wear for O & M staff (v) All kind of Civil, Mechanical / Electrical and Instrumentation repairs (vi) Calibration of all the field instrument sensors (vii) Routine maintenance of switch of gears, transformers, oil replacement, earth receptivity check (viii) Any other repairs for the un interrupted operation of STP (c) All defective parts of the plants under guarantee period shall be replaced free of cost by contractor

(d) Maintenance of log sheet and all maintenance record shall be responsibility of contractor and no stationary be provided by department. Format of log sheet and maintenance records etc shall be decided by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. (e) Area cleaning surround the plant room etc shall be the reponsibilty of contractor (f) The work covered under this schedule will be ordered on the contractor by the GE every year through a separate work order at the rate quoted by the contractor till completion of four years comprehensive maintenance. (g) The rate quoted is inclusive of keeping plant neat and tidy (h) The rate quoted is inclusive of employing sufficient manpower for the smooth running of the plant as shown in BOQ Sl. item No. 8.01 (j) Training to the staff of MES is deemed to be include while O & M is in progress as directed (k) Sewage shall be free of cost

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE

Comprehensive maintenance of Sewage treatment plant installed under BOQ item No 7.01 for a period of four years as shown below:-

(a) First Year (after expiry of Defect liability period)

(b) Second Year (after expiry of Defect liability period)

(c) Third Year (after expiry of Defect liability period)

(d) Fourth Year (after expiry of Defect liability period)

Notes: (a) Rates under col 4 are for both materials and labour complete unless mentioned otherwise (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of followings : (i) All kind of Civil, Mechanical / Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance and repairs (ii) Calibration of all the field instrument sensors (iii) Routine maintenance of switch of gears, transformers, oil replacement, earth receptivity check (iv) Any other repairs for the un interrupted operation of STP (c) All defective parts of the plants under guarantee period shall be replaced free of cost by contractor (d) The comprehensive maintenace for a period of 48 months wef satisfactory completion of defects liabilty period for the equipments installed under Schedule 'A' Part IX (e) Maintenance of log sheet and all maintenance record shall be responsibility of contractor and no stationary be provided by department. Format of log sheet and maintenance records etc shall be decided by GE / Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Area cleaning surround the plant room etc shall be the reponsibilty of contractor (g) The work covered under this schedule will be ordered on the contractor by the GE every year through a separate work order at the rate quoted by the contractor till completion of four years comprehensive maintenance. (h) The rate quoted is inclusive of keeping plant neat and tidy (j) The rates quoted is inclusive of employing sufficient man power for carrying out the comprehensive maintenance of complete accessories, plants, equipments, machineries, control system etc to ensure smooth running and operation of sewage treatment plant. One skilled and one semiskilled technician shall be available round the clock in three shifts. However, if required, the contractor shall arrange required man power for comprehensive maintenance. (k) Training to the staff of MES is deemed to be include while O & M is in progress as directed (l) The rate quoted is inclusive of all spares, chemicals media, culture, repair / replacement of damaged / non funtioning equipments / instruments / glassware / piping / valves and oil and lubricants, cotton wast tools and tackles, staff and chemist etc. Chemical testing / analysis, routine testing, recording and getting necessary certification from approved lab of MPCB. (m) Sewage shall be free of cost

NOTE:- (i) Contractor shall quote the percentage addition over lumpsum price of credit for material, sheds/store and T&P inserted by MES and carry forward the corresponding amount. However the quoted percentage shall not be less than NIL percent (i.e. shall not be on minus side). In case contractor’s quoted percentage is less than 0% (zero percent) it shall be restricted to 0% (zero percent) & total amount accordingly be corrected. The contractor shall take this aspect in account and nothing extra whatsoever shall be admissible on this account. (ii) This schedule of credit amount will be deducted from the contract sum to arrive quoted contract sum.
