Taking down un serviceable Geyser having complete damaged Inner/Outer tank any capacity and type.

Supply and fix in repair Geyser element of 1500 watt (Screw/Cup type) suitable for 25/35 liter geyser of any make and type as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Geyser element of 2000 watt (Screw/Cup type) suitable for 50 liter geyser of any make and type as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair indicator lamp suitable for 25/50 liter geyser of any make and type as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 3 core PVC sheathed flexible cable of size 40/0.0076, complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of inner tank (Steel) of Geyser 50 liter capacity complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of inner tank (Steel) of Geyser 25 liter capacity complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of outer tank/cover (Steel) of Geyser 50 liter capacity complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of outer tank/cover (Steel) of Geyser 25 liter capacity complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of Aperture plate (On which Heating Element and Thermostat switch Installed) of Geyser 25/35 liter capacity complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of Aperture plate (On which Heating Element and Thermostat switch Installed) of Geyser 50 liter capacity complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of PVC pipe connector 15 mm bore (For cold water) including two nos CP brass coupling, 250 mm long complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of metallic pipe connector flexible 15 mm bore (For hot water) including two Nos. CP brass coupling, 250 mm long complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of thermo state switch suitable for 25/50 litre Geyser complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of safety valve 15/20 mm dia as requirement of site suitable for 25/50 litre Geyser complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of fusible plug 15/20 mm dia as requirement of site suitable for 25/50 litre Geyser complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair plug top, 3 pin, 15 Amp for 25/50 litre Geyser complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amp 240 volt.

M&L for Grouting of fast nut in replacement 150 mm long and 16 mm dia in wall with drilling arrangement/by suitable aggregate of cement and sand, for fixing of Geyser complete with one nut and one washer. Note:- 1.No extra cost for cement work will be paid. 2. Only Nut, Bolt and washer will be measured.

Note For Item Sl No. 1.01 To 1.19:- Rate of Disconnection of Geyser from water source and electric source, inspection of problem, taking down to ground, and transportation from site to market for repair/brazing will be included in Item so no extra cost will be paid for that.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan, 1200-1400 mm sweep, AC 220 volt, Single phase, 50 Hz, of any make, Model and vintage with super enamelled copper wire with same gauge and turn with and including top quality of insulation material such as varnish, cotton tape and sleeve etc., Including painting one coat of white synthetic enamel paint on body and blade also and marking Fan No on that. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of Exhaust fan, 225-300 mm sweep, heavy duty, AC 220 volt, Single phase, 50 Hz, of any make, Model and vintage with super enamelled copper wire with same gauge and turn with and including top quality of insulation material such as varnish, cotton tape and sleeve etc., Including painting one coat of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint on body and blade also and marking Fan No on that. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of Exhaust fan, 400-450 mm sweep, heavy duty, AC 220 volt, Single phase, 50 Hz, of any make, Model and vintage with super enamelled copper wire with same gauge and turn with and including top quality of insulation material such as varnish, cotton tape and sleeve etc., Including painting one coat of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint on body and blade also and marking Fan No on that. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of wall mounted fan, 300-450 mm sweep, heavy duty, AC 220 volt, Single phase, 50 Hz, of any make, Model and vintage with super enamelled copper wire with same gauge and turn with and including top quality of insulation material such as varnish, cotton tape and sleeve etc., Including painting one coat of existing colour synthetic enamel paint on body and blade also and marking Fan No on that. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Gun Metal Bushes for ceiling fans.

S&F flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076, 3 core, for ceiling and exhaust fan complete for connection and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair of MS clamp for holding ceiling fan with nut, bolt & split pin etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement Ceiling fan blade 1200-1400 mm sweep (Set of three) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement Canopy Suitable for Ceiling Fan of any make and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement exhaust fan blade 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement wall mounted fan blade 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement capacitor 3.15 mfd suitable for exhaust fan/ceilling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement capacitor 2.5 mfd suitable for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Note for item Sl No.2.01 to 2.17 i.) Ceiling fan, exhaust fan and Wall mounted fans are repaired/rewind in (E/M) yard, not issued to contractor to repair in market/contractor store. ii.) Space/store for repair/rewinding and testing for item Sl no.2.01 to 2.04 are provided by the Department on no cost basis in (E/M) yard.

M&L for cutting of hole 300mm dia at 9" wall for exhaust fan including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and one coat of existing white wash over disturbed area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing meter box including disconnecting of meter cable and refixing of cable same complete all as specified and directed all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Fixing only digital Meter in replace of defective meter including proper wiring by lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note: Meter provided by the Department on no cost basis in (E/M) yard)

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated of size 6 sqmm FRLS unsheathed copper conductor 1100 volt grade multistranded and including flexible PVC conduit of 25 mm external dia for digital meter connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of hole 300mm dia at 9" wall for exhaust fan including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and one coat of existing white wash over disturbed area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of PCC/roads for earthing (15mm to 40mm) dia pipe including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for disturbed area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubes light grade 25 mm dia, on support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches including clamp and nut bolts.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connecting to GI 4 mm galvanized iron or steel wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 2 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth wire/strip up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II.
