Eligibility Criteria

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment s similar to the type specified kasa kiosk in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2021 and be in satisfactory operation for 12 months as on date of tender opening

The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and the tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 80% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
