The Tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied the equipments similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80 percent of 121 TPD Capacity of Material Recovery facility of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2021 and be in satisfactory operation for minimum 12 months as on date of tender opening

Name, Permanent address and Contact No on letter pad of bid and company registration certificate or Udyam or NSIC certificate along with Pan card and GST Certificate

Manufacturing certificate or dealer certificate from Manufacturer as per the format given in bid document must provide valid ISO 90012015 and ISO140012015 certificate having validity at least till 6 months from bid opening date

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs.84.17 lakhs .Should submit the Banker certificates from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement obtained for this bid in the format as mentioned in bid document. Unconditional Bankers Certificate

Notarized affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper stating the company or firm is neither Blacklisted nor name proposed for black listing during last 3 years by any Government or Semi-Government or Government Undertaking or Public Sector Organizations or any other Departments in India.

Relevant document such as establishment certificate or trade license or rent agreement or any other registration certificate of local service center in Karnataka or Maximum 300km road journey from Kalaburagi city.

Submit self declaration regarding readily availability of the spare parts of the proposed equipment in Karnataka for atleast 10 years.

Confirmed Orders should not have been withdrawn from the bidders due to delay in the delivery in the last 3 years 2021-22 to 2023-24 by any Government department and during last 3 years 2021-22 to 2023-24 none of the supplied Equipments and machineries by the bidder should have been rejected by the government departments. Submit Notarized self-declaration affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper regarding same.

The Bidder shall give at least 1 reference MRF plant in India preferably in Karnataka where the machineries were installed by the bidder in last 3 years 2021-22 to 2023-24 and are operational for more than 365 days. The bid selection/evaluation committee may visit the reference plants and observe plant being operational up to at least 80 percent of the design capacity.

Formats such as tender form, Proforma for equipment and quality control employed by the manufactures and technical specifications sealed and signed by bidder as mentioned in schedule of requirements.

Tenderer in his name should have in the last three years 2021-22 to 2023-24 achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.561.15 lakhs.Certified Annual turnover sheet issued by Charted accountant having valid UDIN number, office and Email address on it should be submitted.

Tenderer should submit last three years 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 ITR filed returns, Audited Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Certified by Charted accountant
