Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating of formation surface in cutting with power roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick solling with broken boulders, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm WBM in two layers (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size ) of granite, trap or basalt , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and of camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for appplying evently priming coat with bituminouss primer @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumine ( VG-30) all as specified and as directed

M&L bituminious pre mixed semidense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumine VG-30 by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on road surfaces with road marking paint reflective type 2.5mm thickness and not exc 100 mm wide of uniform finish hot applied thermo plastic paint with machine of bituminious paint white in clour and surface immosed with glass beads including cleaning the surface by brushing/ sweeping by brooms to remove all dirts, scales of oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for road studs cat eyes with self two way reflection 100x100x20mm (minimum single shank, plastic body or aluminum body lighting mode-reflection having visual range of 600 to 800m globe completed all as specified and as directed. ( make Drak eye/ 3 m)

S&F in repairs for solar road studs (cat eyes) 105x105X25 mm single shank aluminium alloy body with six number LED globe having light censor/ self rechargable with solar system with battery/ cell complete battery voltage (V) :1.2 V battery rating (mA) : 1600 mA visible distance (mts): 1000 mts Maximam load 10 T Approx working time hrs:72-96 Hrs, protection class : IP 65 complete all as specified and as directed. (Make Orak Eye/ 3 m)

M/L for 75mm moorum/red bajri, spread, rolled & consolidated to graident and camber required in berms complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr deep and not exc. 1.50 m wide and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate s for foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) setting in mortar cm 1:6 in quoin blocks ( for use with masonry) string courses, copings kneelers, apex stones, kerbstones pier caps, columns, posts boundary pillars, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc and complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10cm girth or width, not othewise described all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point

Repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 sq m each including, sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth and making good by filling screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Prepairing surface by brushing with steel wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt on black top surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge

M& L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @5 kgs per 10 Sq m using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 over prepared surface by mechanical sprayer etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for permixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by using 4% bitumen content any penetration using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 confirming to IS-73-2006 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for permix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30 mm thick (consilidated average thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne cap vibratory power road roller to achive the required compactness, camber and gradient finished complete including cutting of edges of roads straight and site clearance etc all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.
