Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mannual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil,soft rock,hard rock chiselling,wedging out of rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grades, width camber and super elevation levels cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302,1603 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transporation of unuseful material for filling in road ways camber,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all material to required width of the road or on approved dumping site through all modes of transporation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools,equipments and safety measures and incidentials necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour, recovery of stone to the tune of 4092.46 cum @ Rs 170.00 (Rupees one hundred seventy) per cubic metre shall be effected from the bills for the quantity actually measured or nil cubic metre which ever is more. Any loss to the public private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute respensibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of all other structure or other sources graded and compacted in 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) thickness with three wheel static Roller l 80-100(eighty hundred) Kilo Netwon static weight road roller to meet requirementof table 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD technical speficiations clause 301.5 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax ,GST and other taxes imposed by the Goverment.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as Retaining Structure , culverts, parapets,side drain excetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil,ordinary rock,hard rock, by mechanical / mannual means chiselling/wedging out rocks(where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out,construction of shorting and bracing,removal of stumps and other deletrious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation for all type of structure complete of plain concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand is to eight graded stone agreegate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete and including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering,removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and technical specification clause 802.803,1202-1203 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using bitumen emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqmt on the prepared granular surface treated with prime and cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads ,lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads ,lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Kilometre Stone Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads ,lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
