M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) light shade, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) (coloured tiles) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the coloured tiles 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer CM 1:4 for laying finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles with highlighter in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work complete all as specified. (Highlighter shall be provided as directed by Engr-in-Charge)

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) incl making good disturbed surfaces of wall matching adjoining wall finish and removing taken down material from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium frame for doors, window/partitions/ventilator with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete with powder coating on Aluminium minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron as per the specification the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawl plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fasteners including making arrangements Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium window/ventilator shutter (glazed and gauzed both),side hung type without sash bars, aluminum section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing, clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, aluminium fitting such as peg stays 150mm long (01 No) for each shutter, hinges type B-21 100mm long (02 Nos) suitable handle (01 No) with powder coating of any colour (thickness of powder coating not less than 50micron) etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only Glass and wiremesh will be measured and paid separately.

S&F Anodised aluminium sliding door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,roller anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. with powder coating of any colour (thickness of powder coating not less than 50micron) etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only Glass and wiremesh will be measured and paid separately.
