PROVN OF SERVO TRANSFORMER FOR STABILIZED POWER SUPPLY FOR IPSS AT AF STN SALUA

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 1 above but of capacity 20 KVA.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Isolation Transformer, 3-Phase, 50 Hz, Indoor Type, Oil Cooled, with Class 'A' Insulation and designed for an Input Voltage range of 415V ±5% and an Output Voltage range of 415V +5%, with a 1:1 ratio and Vector Group Dyn 11 (Delta-Star) configuration. The transformer shall include the first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to the prescribed level, ensuring an efficiency of more than 95%. A separate neutral bushing shall be provided for earthing, maintaining a potential difference between neutral and earth of less than one volt. The transformer shall be equipped with standard fittings, including lifting hooks, two earthing terminals of capacity 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches / post holes in Soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out and laying pipe lines not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for U/G cable 8 cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying and stretching the cable.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fly ash bricks well burnt old size designation 75 laid dry flat for protection of cable.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC M-7.5 (Nominal mix) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for foundation concrete in poles/stays.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm.
