Supply and fix in replacement air break switch gang operated tripple pole mechanically operated mechanism, switch air break gang operated mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 400 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI Strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Supplying, Errection & Fixing Steel Tubular Pole 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate all as specified in IS including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the starting points. (b) Providing PCC (1: 4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations up to ground level all as specified and directed. Re-Adjustment, Cleaning of Contact, greasing and testing of out door type Air break switch 11 KV, current rating upto 400 Amps for desired alignment to smooth operation from ground level and replacement of unserviceable parts in position. Note : Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes welding and notching for wire etc and flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including bedding or riveting etc complete all as specified and directed

Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless proven via type-test reports of model being offered. Material and labour for preparation of painted surface of floor mounted HT control panel for fixing of FLOURCENT REFELCTIVE LETTERING as follows of approved colours all as specified and directed . (a) Re-write the details of O/G or I/C fedeers, Sl No of HT Panel, CTR etc on the HT panels in capital letters of size not less than 40 mm width and 50 mm height and works not exceeding 70 letters per panel. (b) Numbering of the HT Panels in both front and back side of size not less than 80 mm width and 80 mm heigt. Name of O/G or I/C feeders should be written on backside of HT Panel also as size mentioned in item No-57.00(a) above.

Material and labour for repainting of HT 11 KV VCB panel consisting of not more than 20 Nos VCB/Bus Coupler/Bus trunk of appx size 4-6 sqm with 2 coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide with spraygun allas specified and directed .

Material and labour for repainting of HT 11 KV VCB panel consisting of not more than 10 Nos VCB/Bus Coupler/Bus trunk of appx size 4-6 sqm with 2 coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide with spraygun allas specified and directed.

Material and labour for repainting of HT 11 KV VCB panel consisting of not more than 5 Nos VCB/Bus Coupler/Bus trunk of appx size 4-6 sqm with 2 coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide with spraygun allas specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes of size 100 mm dia, under road/pavement/hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including 100 mm dia HDPE Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
