Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring / hardstanding & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L for PCC 50mm thick (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternative as in plinth protection including finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) packing and finished even and fair to the sides of pavement.

S & F chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm X 20 cm X 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments,set jointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/path etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, exterior grade 300 x 300 x 10mm (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) laid over and including screed bed in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match all as specified and roughening of exc concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing, removing serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, joint free non skid tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vetrified ceramic coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick area of each tile not exc 0.38sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as directed (size 600mm to 600mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x300mm)x 7mm thick joint free in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 of backing coat etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/bath and toilet executed in the following stages :- Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc complete. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit or its equivalent make as approved in the proporation/quantity all as per manufacturer's instrucitons. Stage 3:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric liquid membrane of Dr Fixit or by brush application of STP or its equivalent make as approved (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 8 hours before application of next coat) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 4: Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit or its equivalent make as approved in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacturer's instructions.

Item No. 13.00 Contd... Stage 5: All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and shalicrete R of STP Ltd or integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit or its equivalent make as approved all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 20mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any. Stage 7: Carry out ponding test for 72 hours to ensure water tightness of rapaired sunken portion. Stage 8: Sunken floor shall be filled with lean cement concrete PCC (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) after satisfactory passing of above mentioned treatment by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for attending street light complaints and rectifying the faults viz non ops & flickering of street light, Cable or service wire damage, earth leakage & electric shock in street light poles & panel, hanging or bending of street light etc up to entire satisfaction of Eng-in-Charge including all necessary petty items like lugs, nut, bolts, screws and any type of tool required. Note:- (i) Group of complaints for one feeder will be consider as one job. Complaint slip will printed and supplied by contractor in prescribed format as specified at the time of commencement of contract as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Contractor has to arrange aluminium ledder suitable type & vehicle for attending the complaints at his cost. No extra payment will be paid by department
