Repair / maint of electrical plant /eqpt and other allied works at 19 Wing and 14 BRD under GE (AF) Borjhar.

Excavating in trenches manually not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth/ width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed. Note: During excavation no mechanical excavator is permitted at site, contractor will do the excavation manually.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concreteType C2 1:3:6, 40mm graded aggregate all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC as in foundation or any other works type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed. Note:- Any form work required for PCC works are deemed to be included in this rate.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out of old/ unsv cable of any sizes or types for replacement with new one complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for relaying heavy duty LT under ground cable of any sizes and types in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortar/paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for LT Cable fault detection and its rectification by using Cable fault locator machine of span length varying from 50 RM to 600 RM of cable size 95 to 400 sqmm all as specified and and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-1. Suitable excavation and jointing kit will be measured and paid seperately.Print out of fault test report duly signed by Engg-in-Charge & contractor to be submittted during payment claim.

S&F in repair of UG cable XLPE insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade,cross section area of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as directed.
