Supplying dilluting & preparing chemical emulsion like imidaclosed 30.5% SC or chemicals approve by central insectcides board or as directed by manufacturing and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as Pre- constructional or reparing renovation Anti-Termite Treatment Confirming to IS6313 (part II) and creating a chemical barier under and around the collumn pits, wall treanches, basement exavation,top surface of plinth filling ,junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the the building ,including all cost of material , cost of labour conveyence,loadind umloading ,T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Painting two coats with weather coat paint over a coat of primer of approved shade by means of brush, after cleaning the surface including watering and curing etc. complete using weather coat paint and primer to be supplied by the contractor of his own cost, including cost of paint and primer and all materials with all taxes, royalty, labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete Ground floor

1st floor

Scraping clearing the exposed surface of wall including scaffolding charges up to 5m. height etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Painting three coats in all floors (two coats with paints of approved shade and base coat with primer) to new wood /iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface with cost conveyance cost of all materials and T&P required for the work but including cost of paints and primer complete, in all respect (paints and primer to be supplied by the contractor of his own cost.) 12 mm(½) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick wall after racking out the joints including watering wall curing, etc. complete with cost conveyance royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to inside rough surface of 10 thick brick walls after rocking out the joints including watering and curing with cost conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to R CC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment etc complete asper direction of engineer in charge.

Providing fitting fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T section No.3215 with 2'0" center to center, L section No.1705 on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'0"x2'0" with 12mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
