Providing fitting and fabrication of M. S chequered plate 4mm thick for approach path and platform as per details mentioned below to be laid over the already constructed concrete channel by civil sub-division. The concrete channel needs to be leveled by way of cutting the protruding MS bars and leveling the base a) Dimensions /area of chequered plate 6’×55’ =330 sqft 11’×12’=132 sqft 462 Sqft = 42.94 sqm b) Weight of 4mm chequered plate @ 34kg/m2

Weight of channel ISMC 100 (9.6kg/m) as vertical/horizontal supports for 11’×12’ platform 11’×12’×2 =264’ 10’×5=50’ 314’ = 95.73m = 919.00 kg (As per Annexure "A" of the ENIT Document)

Concreting/shuttering at 5 location for anchoring ISMC 100 by way of earth excavation , dewatering and then concreting (1:2:4) 1’×1’×2’×5=10 cft

Providing and fitting of CGI colored sheeting of 26 Gauge in green shade with suitable overlap between sheets for canopy. The job is inclusive of the cost of hooks, nuts and cutting of holes in the angle section if required for the completion of the job in all respects Qty of CGI sheet = 5.58 sqm

Painting :- The complete truss structure comprising of girder, column supports, trusses, purlins, and other fixtures shall be painted with one coat of steel primer followed by two coats of super enamel paint of shade mentioned and as per details below Pipe column/channels/angle iron/girders/lateral supports/Truss (green shade)
