Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, bed plates etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching including finished the top surfsces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water including removing the same and debrises outside MD landcomplete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete including removing the materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description and thickness in floors/ walls laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete including removing the same and debrises outside MD land all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc, cutting reinforcement steel to facilitate demolition of concrete including removing the materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, concrete block masonry or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc including removing the same and debrises outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F TMT steel bars 8 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel small articles using flat iron such as band, strap, hold fast, cleat, support, hook, hinges, base tie for door frame etc and other similar items conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 including retaining with tar or coat tar black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

"Supply only" integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr FIXIT/Fosroc/choksey)

Demolition and breaking of 300 to 450mm bore drain pipe (Salt glazed stonewar, AC, RCC) set in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking of 100 to 200mm bore drain pipe (Salt glazed stonewar, AC, RCC) set in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing RCC pipe, 150mm bore, class NP-2, including collars, laid, jointed and tested complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing RCC pipe, 200mm bore, class NP-2, including collars, laid, jointed and tested complete all as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 200 mm bore RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing RCC pipe, 450mm bore, class NP-2, including collars, laid, jointed and tested complete all as directed.
