Dismantling of framed work timber scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonary built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade: New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43Ltr/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 Sqm) on external walls complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatement of walls by dust proof wall sanding machine/building walls grinding cleaning machine and and applying Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade, two or more coats applied @ 1.43Ltr/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 Sqm) on external walls complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and prepare to receive new plastering in internal walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall with CM 1:6 finished even and smooth withot using extra cement.

M&L for Preparing new plastered surface of wall and apply two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer including 3 mm thick wall care putty on internal walls complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatement of walls by dust proof wall sanding machine/building walls grinding cleaning machine and applying a layer of 1 to 1.5mm wall care putty on wall and two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete .

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams,beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including suports over hangs etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT steel bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking binding spirally, hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
