Providing and Laying 80 mm thick ISI marked lnterlocking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 40 over the bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 17.69.2)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:, Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface (HSR 30.37.1)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:, Old work (one or more coats) (HSR 30.25.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR 30.25.1)

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat:, With common burnt clay non-modular brick tiles of class designation 1 O (HSR 9.14.1)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.4)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.6.2)

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (HSR 22.181)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : (1) In 75x75 mm deep chase. (HSR 9.17.1).

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware laboratory sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall wherever required : Size 450x300x150 mm (HSR 22.6.1)

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware extended wall mounting water closet of size 780x370x690 mm of approved shape including providing & fixing white vitreous chinaware cistern / PVC cistern (with brass fitting) into the wall with dual flush fitting, of flushing capacity 3 litre/ 6 litre (adjustable to 4 litre/ 8 litres), including seat cover, and cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc complete. (HSR 22.33).

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively with flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : (1) One urinal basin with 5 litre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern. (HSR 22.25.1).

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : (1) 15 mm nominal bore. (HSR 22.104.1).

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete. (HSR 11.76).

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete. (HSR 9.18)
