Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (including all leading and lift of carriage of material by M.T and A.T)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Edging of slab .

6mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 mix (including all leading and lift of carriage of material by M.T and A.T)

15mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 mix (including all leading and lift of carriage of material by M.T and A.T)

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 mix (including all leading and lift of carriage of material by M.T and A.T)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 50mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (including all leading and lift of carriage of material by M.T and A.T)

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) with a basecoat of white washing with lime.
