M&L for cement concrete in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate)

S&F of Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, weight n. exc 4kg/sq.m, as directed.

M&L for Painting on new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described, with 01 coat of Zinc Chrome primer and 02 coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint including prepratory works.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed
