Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm. thick well rammed watered and compacted - 1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying water carrying witn all leads of good water compacting and labour charges and all incidental charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, Fabricating, Erecting structural steel work for roofing welding or bolted type using MS Channels, angles, plates and round bars etc confirming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanizes iron sheets with the following specification. The material should be of PPGI tile profile with red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gauge having width 1055mm. The sheet should be GI base pre painted hot dipped valvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using mute power machine drilled with our damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc coating of Z120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar Mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish, the sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet into the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4" X 41/4" X 23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Wiring with 2X1.5 sq. mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheated copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with MS switch Box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable color continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for light point / fan point (for Electronic Regulator)

Wiring with 2X1.5 sq. mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm X 100mm X 75mm MS switch Box and 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting of suitable color continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open plug point.

Supply and fixing of 4" W LED Tube Light fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round block on wall of ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper Leeds from terminals to the fitting.
