Clearing and scrubbling by cutting, removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, scrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness rubbish including cutting of trees up to 300 mm girth. Km 0/0-3/4

Earth Work Excavataion and depositing on back with an initial of 10m and lift 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20A Km 0/0-3/4

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material(63mm to 26.5mm @35%,26.5mm to 4.75 @45% and 4.75 mm below @ 20%)& spreading in uniform layers with tractor with grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying Red Gravel for soling & for side berms to 75mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Providing and laying water bound macadam Grading II using 75-22.4 mm HBG metal & 0.24, cum of gravel consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanically interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by Engineer in

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 24.40 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete Paver Finisher

Supply and fabrication of Steel Grade Fe 415/Steel Grade S-240 required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule including cost of steel which will be supplied by department at departmental section store and the cost of the same will be recovered from contractor at the rate noted in the special condition, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the bars straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, hoisting and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of space bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffener welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joist of 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
