Maintenance of Earth Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) (Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equiment)

Retro-reflectorized traffic signs, including cautionary, mandatory, and informational signs, with a direction and place identification sign board exceeding 0.9 square meters in size. These signs are to be constructed in accordance with IRC:67, using micro-prismatic retro-reflective material of Type IV sheeting. The retro-reflective sheeting should be manufactured using full cube technology, ensuring a high level of reflection, with the minimum coefficient of retro-reflection as per Table 6.9 of IRC:67. The sign boards should be made of ACM sheets, which consist of a thermoplastic core of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) sandwiched between two aluminum sheets. The total thickness of the board should be 4 mm, with the aluminum skin having a thickness of 0.4-0.5 mm and 0.23-0.3 mm respectively. These signs, with an area not exceeding 0.9 sqm, should be supported by a mild steel single angle iron post (75 x 75 x 6 mm), securely fixed into the ground with a properly designed foundation made of M15 grade cement concrete (45 x 45 x 60 cm), and buried 60 cm below ground level, in accordance with approved drawings.( Market Rate)
