   SPECIAL CONDITION : Limited Tender or Single Tender is invited for the Medical Stores. The rates to be quoted should remain valid for a period of one year from the date of opening of Tender, with the provision of free delivery to the consignees in Bilaspur, on SEC Railway. Tender document are liable to be rejected in case the tender conditions as specified herein are not fully complied with. 2. The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]. 3. The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other conditions specified/attached with the tender. 4. Purchaser shall be entitled to increase / decrease the order quantity by anytime during the currency of the contract such that the contractor has reasonable time/notice for executing such increase/decrease. The increase in quantity with respect The increase in quantity with respect to the tender quantity can be done even at the time of ordering and the tenderer shall be bound to accept the quantity so ordered on the basis of his original offer. The purchaser shall be entitled to exercise plus 30 percent option in one or more than one installment as long as the total variation in quantity does not exceed the limit of 30 percent of ordered quantity. Any increase of quantity under option clause after expiry of delivery period can be considered with the consent of the firm/contractor. 5. All rules of GST must be followed during biding of tender and clear breakup of rate must be mentioned. Statutory variation clause will be applicable. 6. Item should be delivered at the earliest but not later than 10 days from the date of issue of Purchase Order. The firm is in market for last five year. No Punitive action has been taken by any Govt. organization or Railway since last five years. 7. Rates quoted are not higher than the rate quoted for supply of above drug to other Zonal Railways and the same are lowest applicable rates for supply to government hospitals or Institutions. It is also certified that offered product is available in open local market for retail sale of same brand name in this region. 8. After going through details in the tender schedule, we are agreeable to all the terms and conditions. In case of any deviation mentioned in the quotation, all the terms and conditions of South East Central Railway and Indian Railway standard conditions of contract will be enforced and made applicable. 9. We are willing to supply the consignment in installments if required by the consignee.
