Providing, laying, spreading and compacting hand broken metal aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ Hard Murum blindage as binding Materials to fill up the interstices of aggregate, watering and compacting with power roller to the required density. Grading I (Using 60 milimetre metal) (For 2 to 7 metre width)

Providing and constructing 75 milimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone metal layers 30 percent crusher broken metal + 70 percent Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 2 Kilogram per squaremetre, spreading 12 milimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry Black Topped surface 3 kilogram per 10 squaremetre. VG-30 bulk bitumen

Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying Open Graded Carpet 20 milimetre thickness composed of 13.2 milimetre to 5.6 milimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction VG-30 Bitumen, including providing and laying seal coat sealing voids in a bituminious surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type A seal coat but excluding prime / tack coat. For Bitumen VG-30 bulk--USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller

Providing and fixing Reinforced Cement Concrete 200 metre stones as per Indian Road Congress standard including fixing in standard size Cement Concrete 1:4:8 block including curing, painting lettering etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ordinary kilometre stones including painting numbering etc. complete for National Highway / State Highway / Major District Road etc. as per Indian Road Congress design for highway kilometre stone and fixing in standard size Cement Concrete 1:4:8 block etc. complete.

Providing dry/ trap rubble stone soling 15 centimetre to 20 centimetre thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of 1:4:8 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum rtype mixer with SCADA with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand)

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M15 cement concrete of trap /granite /quartzite /gneiss metal for approach slab including compacting, finishing, curing etc. complete. (excluding reinforcement) (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand, cement 5.90 bags per cubicmetre)

Royalty Charges on Natural Materials Such as Rubble, Metal, Murum sand etc.

Testing Charges for quality control tests on various materials like Metal, Crushed Metal, Bitumen, Hard Murum, Soft Murum, Sand, Cement, Steel etc. as per frequency norms and rates for every material in Vigilence and Quality Control laboratory as directed by Engineer incharge. For WBM and BT road
