Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded ,dry and pointed etc.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggt) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M/L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 with grey cement and no pigment

All as par item no. 5 but old interlocking tiles retain from item 2.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, edge of paver block , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L Precast cement concrete solid block as in kerb stone 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate exc 10 cm width and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new/old brick,stone,concrete or plaster surafces of any description not otherwise described , over 10 cm width or girth , applyinng 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade all as specified and directeed by EIC

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ old sized bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

All as per item 11 here-in-before but using old bricks retrieved from demolition under item 10 here-in-before including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash over walls complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar1:3 all as specifiedand directed.

M & L Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork with 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate with water proofing compound conforming to IS - 2645 or as manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed gound

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken , in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface

M&l posts and struts for fencing and other steel section including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0

S&F galvanised 2 strand barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to Angle iron post as directed.

Preparation of New steel surfaces of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer.

M&L painting to old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth in one coat with synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L plain cement concrete for nominal mix type( B-1) 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in plinth course,plinth band and similar work including necessary form complete as as specified and directed.

Mild steel tmt bars 8 mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to

M/L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc including provn of binding wire.

Supply only chain link MS galvanated fencing any size fixed to any type of stander rail n exc 3 kg per sqm

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300 X 200X 7 mm th set and jonnted in cement slurry and pointed in white or colour X 7 mm th set and jonnted in cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm th (square or rectangular)area of eacch tile exc 0.06 SM but not exc 0.11 SM in floors etc.. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 40 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete louvers or RCC Jali made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings and dismentling etc. complete all as specified and directed.
