Supply and apply of rustremover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement, Rust remover material, Consumption: 0.2kg/m2/coat, Density: 1.01 kg/l at 30 deg celcius including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supply and apply a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement Corrosion Inhibitor, Product requirements: Carbonation resistance: 2mm of Corrosion inhibitor corresponds to 20mm of normal mortar ; bond strength> 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

P & F of Extra 12mmX 120MM deep L-type shear rebar connector Providing and supplying heavy duty Resin Epoxy Chemical Mortar with Steel Rebar. The product should be approved by ETA,ICC, CSTB, COLA, BZS with Shock approval, Seismic approval in Rebars to use in cracked/un-cracked concrete, tested for service temperature of -40deg C to +80 deg C. The chemical should have ETA for service life of 100 years & seismic rebar as a minimum qualifying criteria. The installation depth shall be supported by design based on EC2/TR069/TR066/HIT-Rebar Design Method using Profis Rebar Software. Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits/hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard HDE A12 battery dispenser along with piston plug and extension hose for longer depths to ensure no air bubbles are in the hole and then fixing with Rods, conducting occasional site inspection, executing work by trained personnel and occasional supervision from the manufacturer’s representative in India. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Scanning before drilling to be done with HILTI PS 300 to avoid hitting existing rebars. Pull out test report shall be submitted to the Structure engineer to validate the installation quality. .including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Hiring of MS prop jacks and wooden planks to support the existingweakened slab (including alloverheads such as loading and unloadings etc) for 160 jack including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing extra reinforcement with TMT bars as per site design requirement including straightning, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding with G.i. wire of 18 gauge etc. complete in all respects. Additional reinforcement with adequate lap length & rings at required spacing shall be tied with existing reinforcement using binding wire or welded complete as per site requirements and direction of EIC. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

P, M & A of epoxy resin bonding agent concrete: Providing, mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared Rcc surfaces as per manufacture specification excluding preparation of surface by chippimg and thoroughly cleaning of surface complete wherever required. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

P & F of water tight shuttering: Form Work: Providing, Fixing & removing water tight shuttering (form work) using film coated 12 mm thick plywood sheets can be made for micro-concreting the beams & columns in line and level with proper supports. Item rate is inclusive of the materials, all labour, supervision, tools and tackles, and transportation etc., complete as per specification and as directed. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
