Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/alumunium point wiring (light,fan and power socket etc.) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pandent, regulators, sockets etc and making good of distrubed surface complete all directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switches/DB's including boards from its position and making the good of distrubed surface complete all directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable submain wiring in any conduit laid on walls/roof all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring concealed type with PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core two run multistandard copper conductor cable( FRLS) of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire to be drawn through in and including PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked with its acessories and fixing only GI steel boxes suitable for moudular type fittings, cover frame and brass screws with cup washers for fixing of modular switches / socket / regulators etc including all necessary wall cutting chases and making good disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 for the following, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply of GI steel box and modular cover frame with plate shall be measured and paid separately under Sch A items. (a) One light/fan point controlled by one 5/6 Amps switch
