Supply of MS Black pipe of 200 mm dia. Make- Jindal/Tata

Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel (DSR – 0020)

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like. (DSR- 14.23)

Constructing masonry chamber 120 x 120 x 100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. Surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom slab 1:2:4 mix (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design bricks of class designation 7.5 (DSR- 18.35)

Supply of Nut Bolts and rubber packing (as per site requirement)

Fixing of MS pipe of 200 mm dia. After cutting of window from the main line and further laying of MS pipe from main line to the desired location & fixing of Sluice valve to the other end for scouring purpose with the help of Men and material at site (Near Auchandi Village)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)( DSR- 4.1.5)

Making of key for opening and closing of scour valve as per site requirements

Replacement of non-working sluice valve with the new one (Near Nasha Mukti Kender Bawana)

Cutting of window & fixing of 200 mm dia. Sluice valve with all the accessories required at site. This job includes dewatering, welding etc. as per site requirement (Near Small Canal Bawana)
