SPL REPAIR FOR CONVERSION OF HT OH LINE INTO AB CABLES, AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF BANA ENCLAVE AND DIGIANA AND HT OH TO UNDER GROUND CABLE OF ASC PL AT BD BARI MIL STN UNDER GE KALUCHAK

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of LT steel tubular electric pole including channel and clamps by removing all dirt, dust,etc and painting with two coat of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint including making five strips of 30cm each upto 1.5 mtr above PCC pedal with two coats of black and white synthetic enamel paint including marking/numbering of pole number with transformer number by means of stencil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of Painting to concrete surfaces of PCC LT poles old painted surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in 30cm strips alternate layers with black & white colour upto 1.5 mtr length from PCC padel for LT pole including applying two coats of aluminium paint over cross arms and clamps, marking/numbering of pole with transformer number by means of stencils complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of pin type insulators porcelain including one GI steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut 100mm height 65mm dia for 1100 volt grade.ISI Marked

Supply & fixing in replacement of schackle insulators porcelain 75mm height and 90mm dia with GI fittings strap size 31x3mm, dia of bolt 12 mm with nuts, bolts & washers for working pressure 1100 volt.

Supply & fixing in replacement of loop insulators vitreous porcelain large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm clearance of hole 25.50mm.

M & L for Re-stretching, restraining ACSR conductor laid over, OH LT line on steel/PCC poles after removing the binding from insulators, lowering the ACSR conductor or broken OH line due to any reason, jointing the broken conductor, Re-winding the ACSR with insulators including providing binding wire, jumpering & connecting the existing service cables after re-stretching/Re-straining to OH line & removing unavoidable sag in the lines, complete all as specified in respect of three phase and neutral with street light feeder and guard wire.

Description all as per Srl item No 06here in before but one phase and neutral with GI guard wire.

M & L for Pruning of trees and branches along the LT over head electric lines, surrounding of LT/HT poles, panels Sub-STN bldgs & transformers at different location at 'Y' station and ridge area should be cleared upto 3mtr of outer edge of assets & removing/disposal of branches out side the cantonment area with prior permission of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanized steel stay assembly complete with stay rod 20mm dia including stay strand 20 mm fixed for stay of poles for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work, PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing in replacement of OH LT lines line spacers, made from poly propylene composite phase separator moulded or bolted type for 5 lines total phase to phase distance 1200mm overall total length 1260mm, width 25mm, thickness 12mm.
