Supply, laying testing and commissioning of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts grade cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm x 3.5 core complete with necessary lugs and cable glands including taking down existing unserviceable cable all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following :- Notes : (i) Excavation, sand cushioning, brick will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying testing and commissioning of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts grade cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm x 3.5 core complete with necessary lugs and cable glands including taking down existing unserviceable cable all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following :- Notes : (i) Excavation, sand cushioning, brick will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches; not exc 1.50 m wide & n. exc1.50m deep for taking out/laying of HT/LT under ground cable and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering & Well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for riddle earth filling in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable cushioning including spreading leveling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 ,flat size 250 x 150 x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Old/ US distribution board along with MCBs of any size, capacity and make complete all as specified and directed

NOte: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCB TPN 63 AMP 10 KA 240 V connected through copper thimbles of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labourfor MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts,TMA type, 160 amps with breaking capacity 25KA and fixed on existing LT panel board including electrical connection as per site requirment complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Electrode earthing with Pure Copper Single Pipe, the pipe dia is of 76 mm Pipe & wall thickness of pipe is 2.0 mm & the cavity is filled with highly conductive, non- corrosive material along with Supply of Fast Electrode Earth Enhancing Compound 2 Bag of 25 Kgs. The Earth Enhancing Compound should have Test certification from NABL accredited Lab. It should be tested as per IS 1350/ AHPA guideline’s. The pH value of Compound should be 7.59, Moisture % by mass should be 8.91 & Solubility in 1:1 HCL should be 32.29 %. The Compound should have test certification ELV Test as per protocol IEC 62321/111/54/CDV/ICP -OES for contains of Lead (23.0 ppm), Cadmium (15.0ppm), Mercury (Below Detection Level) & Hexa-chromium(Below Detection Level). The manufacture of Earthing should be registered under Udyam registration and certified for ISO 9001:2015 Note: Earth resistance should be less than 1 ohms. If the desired result of the earth resistance not comes under 01 ohms the contractor should fill extra earth compound with out extra payment to the Govt. Make : U Protect/Fast electrode

Supply and fixing in repairs Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for earth pit indicator board made out of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick of size 0.3m x 0.20m fixed on MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 3mm x 1.2mtr(long) by means of nut, bolt/ welding duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint of approved colour including writing the letters of size not exceeding 60mm all as directed by Engineer - in - charge. The indicator should indicate the following:- (i) Earth Pit No. (ii) Earth result in Ohms (iii) Date of testing Note :- (i) Cost of excavation and earth work in any strata up to 1 feet shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus excavated material, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 use 20 mm graded stone aggregate chamber including necessary formwork / mould for fair and even surfaces, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B0 use 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate chamber cover slab, GI funnel, with GI watering pipe 20 mm bore medium graded, wire mesh, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth lead upto 7.50 metre long salt, charcoal including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) GI strip beyond 7.5 metre will be measured and paid sepeartely. (ii) Test report shall be prepared and submitted by the contractor in triplicate duly obtaining signatures of MES JE / AGE & PMG / user. Test results are to be written in letters of 20mm height in white colour on black paint back ground. (iii) The earth resistance should be less than 2 Ohm.
