Supplying and laying of Ready Mix Concrete for the grade of concrete M20 having characteristic strength not less than specified in the Is 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 240 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20mm down grated hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 (2007) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 320C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing including the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in charge, laying, compacting, consolidation by using needle vibrators, finishing the surface, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - (part 3 & 6) / 1988 (2005) & (part 2) / 1999 (2004) and 516 / 1959 (2004), 4926 - 1976 (1990), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size 3.30m x 2.30m consist of skin plate made out of 12mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 200x100mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and end vertical made up of 100x50mm mild steel channel 2 Nos on both sides, provided with 100mm dia steel Rollers 2 Nos on both sides with 100mm dia MS Rollers 2 Nos on both sides with 2" dia Gun metal bushes and 1" dia roller pin for smooth operation. The shutter lifted with 12mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Providing leakage arrest pipe arrangements made with 75mm dia B-Class G.I Pipe at both ends for required height hanged in chain from the top of the shutter. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. Providing new 3T capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of pig iron, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 80mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut.The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 80mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operating handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box is to be rest on the top of MS stand made up of 75x75x8mm MS angle and the top covered with 16mm thick MS plate and the stand fixed on the 150x75mm MS channel fixed over top of the beams in platform. The gear box align with the screw rod and fixed with required bolts nuts etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Heavy duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 120 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section Store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Construction of RCC cast-in-place guide wall 150 mm thick and 1200 mm deep with necessary steel reinforcements as required and specified by the Departmental Engineers with concrete of Grade M15 using 20 mm down graded HBGS metal) including cost of all materials lead, lift, labour, marking, earthwork excavation, shuttering etc., including dismantling guide wall, scrap value and disposing the dismantled guide wall after construction of Diaphragm wall as directed by the Departmental Engineer
Digging the diaphragm wall of 0.60 m thickness including trenching for diaphragm wall of 0.60 m thick in all kind of soil, rock, boulders, dewatering etc., upto the required depth using approved trenching method by mechanical grabs mixing supergrade Bentonite slurry and disposing the excavation materials beyond a lead of 1 Km, washing the trench upto required bottom level specified by adopting either successive panel or alternate method technique from a good continuous leak proof joints to the length and levels required by the Departmental Officers.
Construction of RCC cast-in-place diaphragm wall of 0.60 m thickness with M25 RMC concrete using Ordinar Portland cement 20 mm down graded HBGS metal) with minimum cement concrete of 300 Kg/m3 (including 10% excess cement for under water construction works as per IS 456-2000 and water cement ratio not exceeding 0.55, super plasterers as an admixture including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift with placing the reinforcement cages including necessary duly approved welded reinforcemnt, with placing and removal of end pipe arrangement as designed and concreting using tremie pipe arrangement for Diaphragm panel upto required top level by adopting either successive panel or alternate method technique to from a good continuous leak proof joints to the length and levels required by the Departmental Officers including dismantling the overburden concrete over the subsurface dyke and conveying the same to the near by site and dumping the same in the low lying area as per schedule of rate S . No. 38 Moblilization & Demobilization of equipment (Excluding cost of reinforcement) and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 7.00 KM deploying earth moving machineries and tippers in layers of 15 cm thick including benching formation of bunds, breaking clods sectioning, extra watering, consolidation by power roller, hire charges and seigniorage charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
Regrading the river bed deploying the heavy machinary like dozer on use hour basis including cost of hire charges fuel crew labour etc..complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers (D80 A12)
Vertical/inclined/invertical/horizontal drilling 25 mm dia, holes with diamond drill bit of EX size, using double tube core barrels in boulders, soft rock, hard rock, R.R. masonry, and R.C concrete, etc., to the required depth, including cost and transportation charges of all materials, pump, water lines, etc., to site, and erection of the frame with all leads and lifts including all labor charges and collection preserving core in gunny bags and as directed by the departmental offices and complying with standard specifications.
Washing and clearing the grout holes by means of sending water at different pressure until the return water turns out to be of the same character as the original water inserted without any foreign material complying with technical specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
Conducting field permeability test based on IS 5529 (Part 2) 2006 to evaluate the permeability of drilled borehole execution by pumping in various pressure method and preparation of report.
Grouting 25 mm dia grout holes of EX size using packer under required pressure including cost of cement and plasticized expanding grout admixture (chemicals). Grouting assembly higher charges and other charges of labor and machinery etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.
