Drilling holes of 32 mm dia and 0.3 deep in hard granite and inserting 16mm RTS L shaped anchor rod of 0.9 m length for holding foundation and fixing in position complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design Mix) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts,compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plain surfaces such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete of Grade M15 (Design Mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of HBGS jelly of 40mm and downgraded confirming to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing / pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting, and finishing the surface, watering, curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the complete complying with standard specifcatin and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete of Grade M15 ( design mix ) and the maximum nominal size of coarse aggregates of 20mm and down grade to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing / pumping whereever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts , vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the Engineer in charge and complete complying with standard specifcations and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Reinforced Cement Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with above ( 5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing, etc., and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirement of IS standards complete complying with standard specifcations and as directed by the departmental officers( No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying and fabrication of Steel required for all works involved in the schedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills including overlapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rough stone dry packing for revertment using old stones obtained at site including cost of wedges for filling the gaps including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labours etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refixing the existing cement concrete slabs of size 60x45x5cm making the surface of the sides of the canal suitable to receive the cement mortar bedding of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five M.sand) directly on the sub grade duly dressed and compacted full one day for water curing of this bed layer and then laying of P.C.C slabs with 6mm thick, cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) with backing, brushing wetting and fixing the precast cement concrete slabs in position inside of the canal with templates by laying the slabs in position with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two M.sand) with water proof compound by 2% weight of cement used to full thickness of slab simultaneeous flush pointing with the same mortar finishing curing etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC pipes of size 63mm dia with having working pressure as ISI standards (6Kg/cm2) for pressure relief holes (Weep holes) etc., including all labour charges for fixing and cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Filter media arrangements to the Pressure relief holes in the rear side of side walll for a size of 45cmx45cmx60cm and filling with 20mm metal of 30cm thick in Ist layer and 40mm metal of 30cm in IInd Layer, the rate is including cost of metals etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC Water Bar 150mm wide with single bulb including all labour charges, conveyance charges for fixing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Bitumen felt 15mm thick pad for joints in the walls including all labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flush pointing over the Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P sand ) as per standard specification including racking out the joints to full depth of slab/stone masonry , clearing the joints with wire brush and water etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
