Providing and laying Waterproofing Treatment of various buildings at RRS-1 and 2 Plant Site.

Dismantle/ Removal of existing APP/Tarfelt Sheet waterproofing with base coat at all heights and collecting, lowering to ground, transporting and disposing off the debris at designated places up to a lead of 2 km. and spreading it etc., as directed by engineer. The item includes completely removing and scrapping of all old APP/Tarfelt/Bitumen layer etc. from the roof including removing of all loose debris and roughening the surface to accept plaster, all complete to the satisfaction of engineer.

Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed block, anchor block, window sills, fillets, roofs etc. at all level including transporting of concrete to site, laying including cost of finishing, curing etc. all complete including the cost of centering and shuttering as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and applying 20 to 25 mm thick cement mortar in average thickness 20 to 25 mm on roof slab, finished smooth of cement mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) mixed with approved waterproofing compound (as per table-3 of Section-V) as recommended by the manufacturer including finishing, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer.

Identification of leakage points, drilling holes by machine, cleaning the same, providing and fixing GI pipe nozzles (8 to 12 mm dia, 40 to 100 mm long) with stop cock, dry packing the drilled hole with required material including all tools and tackles, Scaffolding- erection / dismantling & removing the nozzles after use, finishing for making good the surfaces, etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-inCharge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) : Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make

Cutting V-grooves on RCC construction joints of size upto max. 25mm width by mechanical grinder / chiselling, cleaning the groove and dry packing the same with 1 : 1 cement-sand mortar admixed with approved Water-proofing compound to prevent / stop the leakage path and finishing the same including erection and shifting of scaffolding at various locations and heights, including cleaning the area after work, disposing the debris at desired location etc. all complete as directed by the engineer. This item includes removal of foam concrete to trace the construction joint/cracks and sealing them.

Providing and fixing aluminium sheets of 22-24 gauge (SWG) over expansion joints including drilling holes , fixing wooden gitties/ PVC anchors, self threading screws etc., with all necessary tools, tackles etc. all complete as directed by Engineer.
