Item No. 1 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 2 M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished, surface even and smooth using extra cement, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 3 S&F glass dividing strips, 38mm wide and 3mm thick and inserted in position to conform to design, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 4 M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate). Plinth protection laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate basis system. Each bay shall not exceed 3m in length, 12mm wide & 75mm deep joint shall be formed between the bays which shall be filled with Mastic filling to full depth comprising a mixture of 1 part of heator hot blow bitumen 85/25 portion and two parts of heated badrapur sand (by volume) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 5 Demolition/cutting of reinforced cement concrete of any description or any position by using diamond saw blade cutting machine without damaging adjacent RCC structures not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cutting as required to facilitate demolition) including removal of rubbish outside complex (MOD Land) complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to include using saw blade cutting machine wherever required as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Item No. 6 Demolition/cutting of RCC of any description such as RCC water tank, beams, colums or any position by using diamod saw blade cutting machine without damaging adjacent RCC structures not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cutting as required to facilitate demolition) including G+5 on roof top/Mumty/parapet and removal of rubbish outside complex (MOD Lan) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to include using saw blade cutting machine wherever required as directed by Engineer in Charge. Rate qouted for G+5 buildings

Item No. 7 M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in slabs supported on wall,landing, balconies, shelves and including bonding agent, complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured & paid under respective items).

Item No. 8 M&L form work to chajja, weather shade, troughs and similar items including edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 9 M&L form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors window cill, concrete railing opening in conc wall , floor and roof n.exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n.exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 10 S&F TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) but not less than 0.9 mm dia conforming to Fe-410 - 0, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 11 All as per item No.10 above but 6mm to 8mm dia

Item No. 12 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 13 M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 14 M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 All as per item No. 13 before but except bricks

Item No. 16 M&L for cement concrete 1:2 :4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. Including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating including form work to concrete surfaces, complete all as specifed upto six storey height

Item No.17 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separatelly).

Item No. 18 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 Mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified (Water Proofing compound shall be measure and paid separatelly.

Item No.19 Supply only integral water proofing admixture of approved quality etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 20 M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajja and like surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old cement plaster etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.21 M&L for preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) on ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 22 Preparation of old decorated surface(Plastered or unplastered) of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 23 M&L complete removal of existing treatment of old surface of ceiling including tucking of surface and grinding the surface with mechnical grinder for preparation of new surface and applying 2mm thick putty POP punning/plaster including two coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 24 M&L for 15 mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement, etc. including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 25 M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.26 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces (Plastered or unplastered) of wall inclduing cornices, pillasters etc by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of white lime washing, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 27 M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) over one coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 2 to 3mm thick chalk whitning wall putty on plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 28 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces(Plastered or unplastered) of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical grinder and appying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 2 to 3mm thick wall putty on plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 29 M&L POP cornice 75mm to 100mm thick as per design/moulding as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge in corner of ceiling incl two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 30 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall , preparation of surfaces and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint with and including applying cement based wall care putty uniformly 1mm thick (average thickness) upto 1.20m height of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 31 M&L resecuring or Easing and adjusing without taking down of doors/windows for easy opening /closing ,tightening of hinges and changing its position or adjustment of tower bolts/sliding bolts etc area exc. 1sqm but not exc. 2 sqm each,complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.32 Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames), etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 33 All as per item No. 32 above but ex. 1.5 sqm and n. exc. 4 sqm each

Item No. 34 Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 35 Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each, and refixing in same opening complete all as specified.

Item No. 36 M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain, solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 37 S&F 35 mm thick flush shutters (factory made) solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face pannel, commercial type on both sides. Flush shutters shall have teak wood edging as specified in IS complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 38 S&F 35mm thick 2nd class Hard wood rail & style (factory made) plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail & panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides. The size of rail & style as per IS :1003 (Part I), Kiln seasoned & chemicals pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 39 M&L for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton door shutter, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/guage etc. (without sash bar) edge of frames plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 20(a) and fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 40 S&F soild prelam PVC double door frame of size 50x95mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet and reinforced with MS square tube including paintings of edges to match with prelam PVC sheet complete as per specification and drawing.

Item No. 41 S& F 35 mm thick MDF based flush shutters (factory made) solid core construction, decorative type, on both sides. Flush shutters shall have teak wood edging as specified , complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.42 FRP DOOR FRAME WITH DOUBLE REABATE :- M & L Fibre galss reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames shall be three lagged of cross section 125mm x 45 mm having rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 43 All as per Item No. 42 above but FRP door frame with single rebate and door frame cross section 90 mm x 45 mm

Item No. 44 FRP PANEL DOOR SHUTTER :M & L FRP door shutter shall be 30mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufactures. Made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming holow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP panels and confirming to IS 14856-2000.

Item No. 45 FRP WIRE MESH DOOR SHUTTER : FRP door shutter shall be 30mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufactures. Made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming holow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP panels and confirming to IS 14856-2000 with G.I wire mesh duly fitted, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 46 All as per item No 45 above but fully glazed i.e. 3 mm thick pin headed glass panes.

Item No. 47 S&F 25 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face pannel, commercial type on both sides, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 48 Cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts, depth of embedded postion of hold fast /lugs measured from the face the jambs into the wall exc half brick but n.exc one brick thick and making good the dismantaled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone agg) complete all as specified upto six storey building height.

Item No. 49 S&F mild steel work as in hold fast 25x3mm flat iron and similar articles conforming to Fe-410-0, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 50 Dismantling boarding any description (board/plywood) fixed in any position with screw, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 51 M&L for 18/19mm thick block board core grade 2 quality,interior grade,commercial type, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cup board shutter, loft shutters incl 15 mm thick teak wood leaping and necessary rebating for leaf shutters where required including polishing to leaping/rebating complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 52 S&F factory made PVC frame of size 75x40mm with wall thickness of 4mm made out of extruded 4mm thick plain or prelam PVC sheet reinforced with 15x15mm MS square tube of 19 gauge thickness through out the frame and mitred cut and two corners and jointed with two nos of 150mm long bracket of 10x10mm MS Square tube. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65x100mm long MS screws though the frame by using PVC fastners minimum of four Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical members and minimum of two nos of screws to be provided horizintal members etc complete all as per manufacture instructions and directed.

Item No. 104 Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish,vegitation outside complex (MOD land), etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 105 M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x600 x 7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surfaces of wall as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 106 M&L for coloured ceramic rectified tiles (Non skid) of size 300x300x 6 to 7mm thick as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 107 M&L for Non skid Ceramic rectified coloured tiles joint free 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloured cement to match in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 108 All as per item No 107 above but as skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl demolition of existing PCC /Terrazo skirting complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 109 M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 110 All as per item No 109 above but as skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including demolition of existing PCC/Terrace skirting complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 111 M&L for 16-18mm thick black granite stone work (table rubbed and polished) laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 as in steps, Jambs, pillars, window clips, cooking platforms and like, inlcuding pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, front and side of slab moulded and polished complete all as specified and directed. Granite stone slab shall be laid in single piece with rounding of edgesand a grove shall be provided beneath the projection portions of stone slab and provn of hole for gas pipe shall be provided.

Item No. 112 M & L for 16-18 mm thick Machine cut kota single piece stone slab for steps and size 22''x22'' for flooring over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and rounding of edges, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 113 M&L for 16-18mm thick granite black mirror polished for (FAÇADE) wall lining and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marbel dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 including taking down existing tiles or kota stone, colour and size as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Slab should be in single piece and dimension will be as per site requirement.

Item No. 114 M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Jaisalmer stone of uniform texture as in strips/ borders in between and around the Udaipur Green Marble flooring over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Width of Jaisalmer stone strip should be 100 mm.

STRUCTURAL REPAIR ITEMS OF BUILDINGS

Item No. 283 M&L for Preventive treatment against the danger of carbonation in exposed faces of RCC members :- (i) Cleaning existing surfaces of RCC members and making surface free of loose material, oil, grease etc. by vigorous wire brushing including light grit blasting where necessary as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) Further, cleaning using biocide(as recommended by manufacturer) to ensure that surface is free of algae and fungus and no trace of paint (any type) left out. Sand blasting to be done to remove trace of paint. (iii) Cleaned surface to be allowed to dry. (iv) Spray a coat of primer (as recommended by manufacturer) over dry cleaned surface as required prior to final finish. Primer shall be diluted in proposition 2:1 with mineral turpentine. After application, primer shall be allowed to dry for 03 hours or as directed. (v) Apply a coat of neat Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) over the primed surface with air / spray gun at nominal rate of 3.5 ltrs per sqm as recommended by manufacturer. (vi) Apply a more coat of Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) after 5-6 hours as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 284 M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the coloumns, slabs & beams (on all four sidescription of column to full height , three sidescription of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. Supply & applying of rust removing chemical to remove rust from existing reinforcements. (The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved) (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 285 M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

Item No.286 M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 287 M&L for treatement of cracks found in the core concrete :- (i) Opening of crack by making a ' V' notch/groove of size 12mm x 12mm over the entire length of the crack as identified by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) cleaning ' v' notch/groove of all dust/debris/loose material (iii) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep along the length of crack @ (300 mm c/c or thickness of structural member whichever is less) Note : In case length of crack is found less than 300 mm then min 2 holes shall be drilled. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilled above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty. (v) seal the surface around the nipple and the area of crack between successive nipples polymer modified mortar to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap. (vi) Allow the polymer modified mortar to cure for 24 hours and ensure that firmly fixed in postion. (vii) cleaning nipple one by one commencing from the top to bottom in case of column and one by one in alternate direction incase of beam/slab using blow compressed air followed by water injection. It is to be ensured that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials complete all as specified and directed.

(viii) Injecting " resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note : pressure shall be in the range of 1-2 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardenere shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly. (ix) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours. (x) cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by manufacturer. (xi) cleaning exposed surface of substrate off any dust /loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufactuer.

Item No. 288 M&L for treatement of core concrete when found to be porous/honeycombed :- (i) Marking the area in marker as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) Drilling holes of 16mm dia in an orthogonal grid on exposed cone of member @ 150 mm c/c both way, depth of the hole shall be about 60% of the element thickness. (iii) clean the drill hole using compressed air removing the dust/dirt. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole with the annular space around the nipple sealed with epoxy putty. It shall be ensured that the injected grount does not leak. (v) Allow the nipple to cure for 24 hours. (vi) Injecting " Resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note : Pressure shall be in the range of 2-3 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Item No. 289 Supply & fixing 12mm dia steel shear connector in grid pattern in between old core and new concrete as wherever directed by Engr-in-charge and as specifed by manufactuer including drilling hole of depth of 100 mm and chemical anchoring with pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar (The cost of drilling hole &chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 290 M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is inclueded in this item.

Item No. 291 M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups :- (i) Drilling in to the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 8 mm dia bar - drilling length 80 to 100 mm Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc complete. (The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item)

Item No. 292 M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups :- (i) Drilling in to the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 16 & 20 mm dia bar - drilling length 160 to 180 mm Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete complete all as sspeified and directed. (The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item)

Item No. 293 M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. For purpose of payment area in touch with concrete shall be measured.

Item No. 294 S&F for stengthening existing reinforcement by use of mild steel bars of any dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 295 M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy adehessive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by wight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper Geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs,chajjas,fins,facias ,parapets ,columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding ,shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto four storey buildings incl removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified(Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded meshis to be welded with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.
