Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil n. exc 0.50 cum each, getting out and removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulders masonry built in cement morter including all quoins, pillars,arches etc and removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified &directed.

Material and labour for brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia of pipe 150mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia of pipe 200mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying DWCPE (SN8) 180 drain pipes 150mm inner dia as per IS-16098 (Part-II), laid in trenches on PCC bed to required slope, including all assessories / fittings, jointing and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(PCC shall measured and paid seperately). Note: DWCPE pipe should be ISI Marked as approved by Engr-in-charge

Supply and laying DWCPE (SN8) 180 drain pipes 200mm inner dia as per IS-16098 (Part-II), laid in trenches on PCC bed to required slope, including all assessories / fittings, jointing and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(PCC shall measured and paid seperately). Note: DWCPE pipe should be ISI Marked as approved by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separately

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integrated water proofing compound ISI marked all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and benching to manhole, drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain or removing existing branch drain 150/200 mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round to 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)of any description and in any position complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) but in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

S&F for mild steel work for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for framed work with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, walkways, railing, framed work of water tanks and similar works confirming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

S&F factory made of 75 mm thick precast cement concrete drain/manholes cover slab of size 600 mm dia circular cover with coller including all accesserise requred, and of 2 MT load bearing capacity etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for cleaning of existing manholes including taking off manhole cover, closing of ilet/outlet of manhole/line and cleaning of manhole of any size n.exc 1.5 sqm and depth upto 2m, using machanized suction machine and removing of all waste solid or liquid sludge in closed container to any distance outside the cantonment area and replaceing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: (a) contractor shall make his own arragement for dosposal off the sludge and No extra cost for same shall be paid by the department. (b) The manhole once cleaned shall be kept functional through out the contract period. In case the manhole requred to be clean again, same shall be done by the contractor at his own cost and no repitative payment shall be allowed for the same manhole (c) Any damaged caused during cleaning shall be made good to the entire satisfaction to Enge-in-charge by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing in repairs galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 25mm bore with all fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor over rammed earth etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor over rammed earth etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.(design as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for joint free Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (jointless) 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement over and including 15mm thick screed base in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3 Type A1 (20mm graded stone aggregates) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Formwork for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper on wall over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
