M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to broken/damaged RCC chajjas by making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound to top and sides and rendering 5 mm thick to soffits in cement mortar 1:3 including necessary formwork, reinforcement duly welded if required, including demolition of broken/loose PCC or taking down old plaster upto height 9mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling the gaps at the junction of roof sheet and vertical wall any thickness, any position and on height upto 11 m form GL using cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) and finish both side of wall by 15 mm rendering in cement mortar 1:6 and applying two coats of cement base paint to match with existing surface to match as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, lintels, shelves etc, and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc, and making good on brick walls, cutting exc. 20 cm in girth complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints including making rebate for fixing second shutter as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush door shutters solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face fanels, commercial type on both side with decorative face veneer with liping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush door shutters solid core construction, with MDF board exterior grade, commercial type on both side and covered on both side with decorative face veneer with liping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames area not exc. 1.50 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames area exc. 1.50 Sqm but not exc. 4.00 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.
