Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick, block or stone walls, ceilings, etc (at any height) including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete & removing debris outside MD land as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete sufaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (using water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instructions) on other than fair faces of brick work masonary surface or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean redius, built in cement mortar 1:6 with and including demolition of existing brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated plastered suface of external walls & applying two coats of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance over one coat of primer including cracks with acrylic crack filler as required complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles mat finish 7 to 8 mm thick (square /Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm (600x600mm) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 17.00 above but as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified tiles double charged (light shade) 8 to 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 19.00 above but as in dado/skirting or on vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces as in dado of size 450mm x 300mm x 6-7 mm thick, set and jointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, on other than fair faces of brick work etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of kota, granite, cudappa stone slab, and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floor, laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring, 20-22 mm thick cooking platform including rounding to edge of stone slab one edge such as cooking plateform and other similar situation (size of kota stone slab 18"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 23.00 here-in-before but 15-18 mm thick as in risers to steps and skirting laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and as directed. Note : Riser provided to steps shall be in one piece.

M&L for 18-20mm thick prepolished Granite stone slab of approved shade and colour as in table top, top of WHB, kitchen slab/plateform, gate pillars, cills etc or on vertical surfaces including vertical projections, including full round mouldings the edges laid over and over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 jointing, pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite and rubbing polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Colour/shade to be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring and paving complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment, with glossy finish, rubberized of size 25cmx25cmx25mm /30cm x 30cmx25 mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM mortar 1: 6 and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Size, shape, pattern and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick, factory made, chamfered edge, cement concrete interlocking paver blocks (glossy/ rubber matt finish) of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Size, shape, pattern and shade shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC band, PCC beam, coping, gap filling,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 25 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone as levelling course in floors aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, including dismantling existing false ceiling work of any description complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in repairs for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish out side of MoD land. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane.

(iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of Bituminous aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 Kg/sqm. Note: Cost of water proofing compound shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaing out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.
