Out sourcing for upkeeping and functioning of DG set installations in TWO shifts eight hours each by Two FGM (Skilled )including Saturday/Sunday/Holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Shifting Timings:- (a) First shift - 0700 hrs to 1500hrs (b) Second shift- 1500 hrs to 2300 Hrs locations: (a) GES,Rubber House,P/H,ECRS,OTh,Clean bay,Sig Exch=One FGM (b) SMC, Russian Block, GEB,ARS-I &II ,EPS,GES=One FGM NOTE: Deployed Manpower shall be ITI passed in the specifce trade

Note for item no 1 to 2 :- (i) All the installations under these items shall remain functional and shall not be remain unattended at any time during the whole contract period. In case any installation found unattended or operator found absent from duty a penal recovery as per Sch 'A' note No 20 shall be made from the contractors dues. (ii) The quoted rates shall be inclusive of up keeping of installations and maintaining of daily log sheet. Any assistance required for cleaning of installation surrounding area and plant shall be provided by the contractor at his own without any cost to Govt. Quoted rates of the contractor shall be deemed to include for all these provision and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) The quoted rates deemed to included relievers's payment (iv) Operator shall also operate all local valve including sluice valves of pump houses. (v) The pump operator shall be able to make phase sequence near starter /change over and to rectify minor defects of starter in electrical panel or any other electrical problem and nothing extra is payable on this account to the contractor.

(vi) At the time of bid evaluation, Accepting Officer shall ascertain the corresponding minimum wages, rates and contribution as mentioned above as per prevailing notifications and decide the reasonability of finance bid of all the bidders. Tender shall contain stipulation that any quoted rate against the items/sub-items mentioned in BoQ above which corresponds to/works out to lower than the corresponding prevailing minimum rates of wages/subscription/contribution towards EPF, ESIC, Bonus and LWC shall be treated as non bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance. The prevailing rate/wage/contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date. (vii) In case the lowest bid is decided for acceptance after rejecting bid(s) declared non-bonafide in this manner, prior approval of PCDA/CDA to be obtained. In case only one eligible bid is found valid after rejection of non-bonafide bids, Accepting Officer will assess the bid for its resonability. In case such single resultant valid bid is considered for acceptance, the same can be accepted only after obtaining prior approval of next higher Enginering Authority

(viii) The quoted rate against bonus is to be considered for payment on actual basis. For 'Contribution towards Bonus' that the amount is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, i.e proof of payment. Similarly if 'contribution towards EPF' and 'contribution towards ESIC' shall also be payable after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment.
